Embroidery digitizing software

Artwork intake, stitch evidence, and sewout approval in one workflow.

DigitizingFlow is built for operators who need more than a file export. The workflow keeps generated stitch files, machine metrics, and physical sewout evidence in separate review states.

1. Intake

Capture the embroidery constraints first

Every run starts with artwork, target size, color count, fill preference, and operator notes. Those constraints shape whether a design can become a clean satin, fill, running-stitch, or manual-review candidate.

2. Generation

Generate files from rule-sourced decisions

The engine records region-plan decisions before machine files are exported. That prevents reports and stitch output from drifting apart.

3. Evidence

Separate software-ready from production-approved

PES/DST output, score thresholds, jump counts, trims, and Ink/Stitch markers can support software readiness. Physical sewout evidence is still required before production approval.

Who this is for

DigitizingFlow is aimed at embroidery operators, small shops, and technical digitizers who want a repeatable path from customer artwork to verified machine files without hiding manual-review blockers.

What to expect next

The search journey should build around practical pages for image to embroidery, PES and DST file preparation, satin-column limits, pull compensation, underlay choices, and sewout approval checklists.
